Joe Napoli
Founder & Managing Partner
Joe Napoli is Co-Founder and Principal of Legacy Capital CRE Investments, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, capital formation, investor relations, and asset management. Alongside his partner, Joe has built a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $40 million in asset value and over 200,000 square feet of rentable space, with a focus on value-add opportunities that generate long-term investor returns.
Prior to commercial real estate, Joe spent 15 years as a top-performing executive at a Fortune 500 company, earning multiple performance honors while developing expertise in business development, strategic relationships, and negotiation.
At Legacy Capital, Joe oversees the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, equity raising, business plan execution, and asset performance. He works closely with investors, lenders, and operating partners to manage risk, protect investor capital, and maximize investment returns.
Michael Shideler
Co-Founder and COO
Michael Shideler is Co-Founder and COO of Legacy Capital CRE Investments, where he leads the firm’s construction, development, and value-add investment strategies. He oversees capital improvements and redevelopment initiatives focused on enhancing property performance, increasing asset value, and maximizing investor returns.
Michael began his career as a market maker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, developing a disciplined approach to risk management and capital allocation that continues to guide his investment decisions.
At Legacy Capital, Michael directs construction operations, evaluates acquisition opportunities, and works with municipalities to secure Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and other development incentives. He also plays a key role in expanding the firm’s vertically integrated operating platform, improving cost controls, operational efficiencies, and execution as the portfolio grows.
Brandon Pass
Head of Development
With over 30 years of experience across all major construction trades, Brandon plays a key role in overseeing Legacy Capital’s construction operations and executing its development and value-add investment strategies. His extensive industry knowledge and hands-on expertise help enhance property performance, increase asset value, and deliver successful project outcomes.
Brandon leads construction crews and subcontractors, emphasizing accountability, efficiency, quality, and timely project completion. His ability to anticipate challenges, optimize resources, and implement cost-effective solutions ensures projects are executed efficiently and to high standards.
By combining decades of field experience with a strong understanding of Legacy Capital’s investment objectives, Brandon transforms value-add strategies into meaningful property improvements and long-term investment value.
